Started with a dream…
What started with some loose thoughts and dreams in Timisoara (Romania) in 2015, came to reality in 2019 in Cluj-Napoca. Initially focused on two major projects with just two people in a small apartment office, but driven by a big vision.

In 2022, Akindra Talents changed to the form as we know it after partnering with a large Belgian Consultancy group. From those early days, we've grown not only in team size, but also in trust and partnerships. Today, Akindra Talents is a dynamic and expanding company, bridging the gap between skilled professionals and the businesses that needs them.
